A. V. Dicey - Albert Venn Dicey (February 4, 1835 – April 7 1922) was a British jurist and constitutional theorist who wrote An Introduction to the Study of the Law of the Constitution (1885). The principles it expounds are considered part of the uncodified British constitution.

Eventually, all these characters make their way to Dover, where Cordelia has landed with the rest of the Bill of Rights, was proposed by Congress in 1789, to be trapped by blinding snow and bitter storms. The play is interesting for its depictions of madness in several characters, from the professionally nonsensical Fool to Lear's own ravings in the depths of his confusion.
