Charles Pinckney (governor) - Charles Pinckney (October 26, 1757–October 29, 1824) was an American politician who was a signer of the United States Constitution, Governor of South Carolina, a Senator and a member of the House of Representatives. He was the second cousin of fellow-signer Charles Cotesworth Pinckney.
